So many of us are on high alert during the holiday seasons and self-care becomes a thing of yesterday. We become so caught up with taking care of others that we neglect our own selves, but you can still do the things you want for your families and friends without sabotaging your well-being.

Dont blame the holidays, they are merely events. We have the ability to control and chose what we do during these times, we just have to exercise those liberties and apply them to our behaviors. So in the spirit of truth and love and I mean “To Self”, let’s not blame the holidays for our actions.

Have a plan, stick to that plan as best as you can, and stay in control. We only have one life to live, so lets make it a good one.
